Individual Counseling
Our individual counseling services provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your inner world. Here we will explore your thoughts, emotions, & patterns of behavior, your past experiences, your successes & challenges. During that exploration process, we work to bring clarity to your narrative. Developing this increased sense of knowing your own story naturally leads to inspired personal motivations, desires to become healthier, the ability to sustain long-term changes that you feel proud of and good about. Relationships begin to improve. Daily life becomes more manageable. Habits are developed that support a life with less stress, less chaos, less disappointment, and much more function! The time you invest to individual therapy brings deeper understanding of self, personal growth, and healing!
You will work directly with a licensed professional counselor who will provide personalized and effective support tailored to your needs, guiding you towards growth and healing.

- Self-pay is offered to those who don't have insurance or want to avoid using insurance. There is a standard $95 fee for individual self-pay sessions.
- We do offer a sliding scale to clients with no insurance based on your household income. This helps reduce the cost per session as a way to make counseling more affordable to those who need to use this option.

Our couples therapy sessions focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening the bond between partners to create a healthy and loving relationship.

Group Sessions
Join our group sessions to connect with others who are on a similar path, share experiences, and gain support and encouragement in a collaborative setting.
Group sessions are a great place to find support, share your experiences, and connect with others who understand what you are dealing with in a safe and nurturing environment focused on personal learning & growth.
Groups are a great way to get therapy and save as they are offered at a reduced cost to individual sessions.

Wellness Workshops
Workshops provide a n opportunity to focus more intensely on healing or learning in specific topic areas.
These are offered according to current interests. You can submit a request for workshop courses you would like to see offered and check out our calendar to see what workshop courses are already planned if you want to consider signing up for one. Prices vary based on content and length of workshop and supplies provided in various workshops.

Court Ordered/Attorney Recommended Evaluations
Has a court, judge, or attorney requested you complete an assessment for substance abuse or a mental health evaluation? We provide a comprehensive evaluation that will meet or exceed the requirements and help you get started with completing those obligations.
Schedule an assessment, attend your appointment for full evaluation, and then receive your evaluation report with recommendations to satisfy your legal obligations or attorney request.

Drug Testing
We use a 13-Panel Drug Test and a separate Alcohol Test to screen for common illicit drug and/or alcohol use.
If you are completing a substance use assessment/evaluation this will be used as part of the evaluation process in order for the provider to accurately assess your level of need and make recommendations for the type of supports needed in the follow-up phase of a substance use assessment.
If you need to voluntarily take a drug test for your reason or records, we offer testing services 7 days a week by same or next day appointment. Monday - Friday testing is available for 20$ and Saturday & Sunday testing is 35$
Testing results are provided to you at the time of service as long as you have paid in full for the test and provided an up-to-date form of identification at the time of test.
If you need routine testing, we can test on set you up for a color system series of tests which incur an additional 5$ fee per test.
If you need your results transmitted to an outside agency there is an additional 2$ fee per transmission.

We offer substance use assessments, evaluations, and recommendations which include 1 drug/alcohol screen at the time of assessment to help provide the most accurate recommendations.

We offer a 13-Panel Drug Screen. Results are provided within 10 minutes of testing. A results sheet will be provided at the time of service as long as you have paid and have an up-to-date form of identification with you at the time of service.
Color Coded Random Testing (Monthly)
13-Panel Test between 8 & 10 times
US$ 205.00 per month
If you need to test using a random system, we can set you up with a color to determine which days you need to come in to test each month. This will be between 8 and 10 times each month. We will forward your results to the agency you need to receive your results twice a month.
